Craig Saint Vincent, the owner of 702 Certified Inspections has 20 years of Superintendent and building maintenance experience in the Las Vegas valley construction industry.
He has done residential and commercial grading, paving, underground utilities, commercial tenant improvements, new residential construction, and high end remodels.
Craig is a member in good standing with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
Craig is also Part 107 Licensed and uses a drone during inspections (4k video on 2+ story building).
His goal is to provide quality, detailed inspection reporting for your peace of mind.

I will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn. We strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, the leading Home Inspection Association in the industry.
After we walk through the home together, I will personally explain the general condition of the home and systems with you. Furthermore, we will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later.
During inspections, I also use a drone with 4K video resolution on 2+ story building inspections to give me a better view and insight into the condition of the property.
I will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in my easy-to-read inspection report, that will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you’ll be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference.
